Vinos Valtuille is a family-owned wine producer located in the small village of Valtuille de Abajo, in the heart of Bierzo in northwestern Spain. Vinos Valtuille works with around 15 hectares of old vineyards, divided into more than 100 small plots surrounding Valtuille de Abajo.

The vineyards are situated at elevations of approximately 500–700 metres above sea level, with soils ranging from more clay-rich compositions at lower elevations to sandier soils higher up. The considerable variation in soil, altitude and exposure between the vineyards allows Vinos Valtuille to produce wines that clearly reflect the unique character of each individual site.
