About the Producer: Viñedos Sierra Cantabria was born in the family Eguren desire for wine of the highest quality and the search for new tastes and new classics.

In order to produce great wines from unique and exclusive wineries, their hard work began in the vineyards of La Llanes, Los Terreros, Jararte, El Bosque and La Veguilla.

Viñedos Sierra Cantabria enjoys a variety of vineyards: from new plantings to the century-old vines, from the bare slopes near the river Ebro to the flat river banks. All the vineyards is located in the Rioja Sonsierra where the conditions for wine growth are excellent.

The wine cellar was built with stone from the family Eguren own property, as a tribute to the earth as both they and their country is a part of. From these vineyards, this beautiful wine cellars they bred the profoundly characteristic wine Sierra Cantabria Cuvee, Sierra Cantabria Organza, Sierra Cantabria Colección Privada, Finca El Bosque and Amancio, all under the guidance of the oenologist Marcus Eguren.
