31 as the number of 100% Italian ingredients that make up the secret recipe, as well as the year in which Caffè Pedrocchi was opened in the nineteenth century.

P31 is the first Italian “Aperitivo Green” born in the heart of the Ancient Republic of Venice.

Over 20 selected medicinal and aromatic herbs, formed with the refreshing notes of Absinthe, the sweetness of Chamomile and Vanilla, and the binding taste of Cloves and Ginger.

P31 Aperitif Green is great to taste with just the addition of Seltz, in combination with Prosecco bubbles to obtain the exclusive P31 Green Spritz – the green alternative to traditional aperitifs; or as a base for new and original drinks based on gin, vodka and cachaça.
