All our wines are made from our own grapes to be able to keep control of high quality. The company is located a few kilometers south of Rome, and covers an area of 32 hectares, of which 28 are vines; Cantina Gaffino is under organic conversion since two years.
Roma DOC is of the newest DOC's and was approved 2011.
